At issue in the Feb. 11, 2009, opinion Garry Coleman v. Review Board of the Indiana Dept. of Workforce Development and State Board of Tax Commissioners, No. 93A02-0809-EX-803, was whether there was sufficient evidence Garry Coleman was fired for just cause for violating the "De Minimis Personal Use" section of the Information Resources Use Agreement he signed as an employee.
The Court of Appeals reversed the review board's denial of Coleman's unemployment benefits and remanded for further proceedings.
