Attorneys interested in learning more about labor and employment law issues, while earning CLE credit, can still register for the 30th annual seminar on labor-management relations May 15 in Indianapolis. "Employees & Employers in Distress: Tips, Traps and Tough Calls" is co-sponsored by the National Labor Relations Board, Region 25, and Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.

The seminar, held at the law school, will feature multiple viewpoints about the proposed Employee Free Choice Act; include breakout sessions about arbitration issues, collective bargaining, pensions and benefits; and more. The seminar has 6.75 hours of CLE credit pending approval, including one hour of ethics.

Cost to attend is $200, which includes seminar materials and lunch; parking is free. For more information or to register, visit the IU School of Law – Indianapolis' Web site. Contact Shaun Ingram at [email protected] or (317) 278-4789 with any questions about the seminar.
