Indiana's Court of Appeals will hear arguments at an Indianapolis high school Friday in a case determining whether a juvenile committed auto theft, a Class D felony if committed by an adult.

Judges Cale J. Bradford, Terry A. Crone, and Melissa S. May will hear A.B. v. State of Indiana, No. 49A02-0806-JV-490, at Heritage Christian High School, Room H33, 6401 E. 75th St., Indianapolis. A.B. contends his presence in the driver's seat of a stolen car nearly one hour after the car was stolen is insufficient to establish he exerted unauthorized control over the car. Arguments begin at 10 a.m.
