Senior Judge James T. Moody in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Indiana issued an order Monday regarding conditions for probation and supervised release. Order No. 2009-1 adopted mandatory, standard, and special conditions for both probation and supervised release in consideration of Chapter 5, Parts B and D of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual.
