The Indiana Supreme Court took just one case last week and issued its decision on the matter the same day.

On Jan. 24, the justices remanded Carlin Iltzch’s burglary sentence for a new hearing on a restitution order.

The high court denied transfer to the 11 other petitions up for transfer, in which the Court of Appeals released not-for-publication decisions. The complete transfer list is available on the court’s website.
