Resignation
Robert W. Miller, of Madison County, has resigned from the bar, effective immediately, per a March 21 Indiana Supreme Court order. Any disciplinary proceedings pending against Miller are dismissed as moot. He must wait five years before petitioning for reinstatement. The costs of the proceeding are assessed against Miller.•
