More than 300 attorneys have been suspended from the practice of law for failing to comply with continuing legal education requirements, failing to pay registration fees or failing to submit interest on lawyer trust account certifications.

The Indiana Supreme Court on Friday issued the blanket disciplinary order. Attorneys may be reinstated by complying before June 27 with the requirements for which they were suspended.

Rules for reinstatement may be viewed online. The reinstatement procedure for payment of attorney fees is found in Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 2(h). The rule for CLE requirement reinstatement is in ADR 29, section 10(b). IOLTA requirements are found in ADR 2(f).
