Lawyers and judges will visit schools around the state as part of the Indiana Supreme Court’s observation of Indiana’s bicentennial. The court announced Wednesday that more than 2,000 students will meet a judge or lawyer to learn more about the courts and judiciary.

The events are in conjunction with an oral argument to be conducted in the original Supreme Court Courtroom in Corydon on April 20 at 10:30 a.m. In cooperation with the Department of Education and Indiana Public Broadcasting Stations, the argument will be webcast live at courts.in.gov/corydon.

A list of judges and lawyers who’ve volunteered to speak to school groups is available here.
