Civil. Vacates District Court judgment affirming denial of benefits. Remands to the agency for further consideration, including what limitations are caused by O’Connor-Spinner’s “major depression, recurrent severe” and fully explore with a vocational expert the effect of those limitations on her ability to engage in competitive employment.
