Attorney Henry Price of Price Waicukauski Joven & Catlin LLC sold his flat-iron building at 301 Massachusetts Ave. to Monon Housing Partners LLC.
Price told the Indianapolis Business Journal that his law firm that occupies the first floor will be leaving by the end of the year. He also plans on retiring soon. The building also houses Riley Williams & Piatt LLC, which will move from the second floor to the third floor.
Price purchased the building in 1979, which was built in 1874, and restored it. He moved his law practice into the building in 1985.
Monon Housing Partners also purchased a building at 409 Massachusetts Ave., where it plans to relocate its headquarters. The company declined to say how much it paid for the two buildings.
