Affirms St. Joseph Superior Court’s grant of a preliminary injunction enjoining Momar Inc. from aiding its employee, Michael Janowiak, in soliciting orders from customers of Watcon Inc., from accepting orders from Watcon customers whose business Momar had previously solicited with aid from Janowiak, and from using or divulging any of Watcon’s confidential information. Companion case to Michael Janowiak v. Watcon, Inc., 71A04-1512-PL-2154 (Ind. Ct. App. Aug. 11, 2016).

Criminal. Affirms Deandre Plant’s sentence to 61 years in prison with three years suspended to probation following his conviction for felony murder. Finds that Plant’s sentence is appropriate in light of the nature of the offense and his character.
