Suspension
Kimberly D. Kiner, of LaPorte County, was suspended Nov. 3 for noncooperation with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission’s investigation of a grievance. She has been ordered to reimburse the commission $527.14 for the costs of prosecuting the proceeding.
