Subscribe NowEffective January 1, 2017, Indiana attorneys and judges may now report nine and 12 hours respectively each three year education period in distance education. This is an increase in three hours for each group: Indiana attorneys previously were able to report six hours and judges nine hours.
Distance education, more commonly known as online education, is available from a variety of continuing legal education providers, including the IndyBar. While all IndyBar programming is competitively priced, members save an additional 50 percent on registration fees, making the IndyBar’s On-Demand CLE catalog among the most diverse and affordable for Indiana attorneys.
To access IndyBar On-Demand CLE, simply visit indybar.org/ondemandcle. More than 100 programs are currently available for credit in the catalog. Course can be sorted by topic area and type of credit, and the online programming can be viewed from anywhere with a Wi-Fi signal. Viewing on mobile devices and tablets is also supported. Upon completion of a program, credit is automatically reported by IndyBar staff to the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.•
