The Indiana Office of Admissions and Continuing Education will host its open house from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. March 2 at the ACE office at 30 S. Meridian St., Suite 875, in downtown Indianapolis. The office was created in January to oversee the admission of attorneys to the Indiana bar and the continuing legal education requirements for those attorneys and judges. It is a combination of the former State Board of Law Examiners and Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.
ACE will be led by Executive Director Bradley Skolnik, the former director of the BLE, and will be overseen by the court’s chief administrative officer, Mary Willis. The BLE and CLE will still retain their separate boards and commissioners. The order creating ACE can be read here.
