The panel corrected its opinion in Otis B. Grant v. The Trustees of Indiana University, 16-1958.
The opinion issued Aug. 31 affirmed summary judgment for IU on fired IU South Bend professor Otis Grant’s claims of racial discrimination, retaliation, due process violations and breach of contract.
