Indiana Court of Appeals
In re Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of: A.R. and E.R. (Minor Children) and W.G. (Mother) v. The Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)

18A-JT-508
Juvenile termination. Affirms the Wabash Circuit Court’s denial of W.G.’s motion to withdraw her consent to the adoption of her two minor children following the involuntary termination of her parental rights. Finds the juvenile court did not abuse its discretion when it found W.G.’s consent was voluntary and declined to grant her relief.

In the Matter of the Guardianship of Cor.G. and Col.G, William Tankersley and Mona Tankersley v. Gregory Greer (Father) and Shelly Brewer (Mother), and Tony Greer and Rebecca Greer (mem. dec.)
48A02-1711-GU-2676
Guardianship. Affirms the Madison Circuit Court’s order correcting a prior order regarding visitation of maternal grandparents William and Mona Tankersley with their grandchildren who are under the guardianship of paternal grandparents Troy and Rebecca Greer. Finds the trial court did not abuse its discretion in modifying its prior visitation order or in declining to find the paternal grandparents in contempt.

70A05-1710-CR-2437
Criminal. Affirms George Hauk’s conviction of Level 3 felony rape. Finds the Rush Circuit Court did not commit fundamental error in admitting text message evidence.
