William Marler, managing partner of Marler Clark, The Food Safety Law Firm, won a $15.6 million settlement for Brianne Kiner, the most seriously injured survivor of the 1993 outbreak. He’s since won more than $600 million in damages for restaurant and food consumers poisoned by E. coli, salmonella and other foodborne illnesses. He’ll speak on foodborne litigation as part of the Hall Center for Law and Health Grand Rounds Series.
Marler’s lecture is free but registration is required. The event will be from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the Wynne Courtroom and atrium of Inlow Hall at McKinney, 530 W. New York St., Indianapolis. The event is accredited for one hour of CLE credit.
