The following 7th Circuit Court of Appeals opinion was posted after IL Deadline Wednesday.
Tara Crump v. Andrew M. Saul
18-3491
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, South Bend Division. Judge Philip P. Simon.
Civil. Vacates the Northern District Court’s affirmation of an administrative law judge’s denial of disability benefits for Tara Crump. Finds the ALJ did not adequately account for Crump’s difficulties with concentration, persistence or pace in the workplace. Remands to the Social Security Administration.

Indiana Court of Appeals
Indiana Department of Natural Resources v. Kevin Prosser
18A-MI-2644
Miscellaneous. Reverses the Fulton Circuit Court’s reversal of the denial of Kevin Prosser’s application for a permit to construct a concrete seawall on his Lake Manitou property. Finds the trial court erred in its reversal. Finds the DNR administrative law judge’s conclusion to deny Prosser’s application was supported by substantial evidence and was properly denied.

In the Matter of the Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of: J.P. (Minor Child) and R.P. (Father) v. The Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)
19A-JT-421
Juvenile termination. Affirms the Lawrence Circuit Court’s termination of R.P.’s parental rights to his minor child, J.P. Finds the juvenile court’s judgment is not clearly erroneous and that there is sufficient evidence to show the termination is in the child’s best interests. Also finds R.P. was not denied due process and that the Department of Child Services has a permanency plan in place for the child.
