The high court on Monday terminated the suspension of Fort Wayne attorney Robert E. Love, who was previously suspended for failing to cooperate with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission concerning a grievance against him.
A Supreme Court order in the case of In the Matter of: Robert E. Love, 20S-DI-70, says that on June 5, the commission’s executive director filed a “Certification of Compliance” stating that Love had cooperated with the investigation. However, the order does not specify the nature of the grievance.
Justices on Monday therefore ordered that Love’s suspension from the practice of law be terminated as of June 5, Pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23(10.1)(c)(3).
According to the Indiana Roll of Attorneys, Love, who was admitted to the practice of law in 1985, has five concluded disciplinary actions against him.
