The library on the third floor of the Statehouse reopened by appointment last week.
Requests for appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The library is open weekdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
No more than six guests will be allowed in the library at a time, and daily visits are limited to two hours. Face masks are required and social distancing and safety procedures must be followed.
