Pranav Mishra v. State of Indiana

Expungement. Reverses the denial of Pranav Mishra’s petition to expunge his Tippecanoe County convictions of misdemeanor offenses. Finds the Tippecanoe Superior Court erred in denying Mishra’s petition to expunge his 2007 Tippecanoe County conviction. Remands with instructions for the trial court to enter an order granting Mishra’s petition.
James P. Snodgrass v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms James Snodgrass’ sentence to consecutive terms of 364 days for his convictions of three counts of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy. Finds the Bartholomew Superior Court did not abuse its discretion in sentencing Snodgrass. Also finds the sentence is not inappropriate in light of the nature of the offenses and his character.
