Criminal. Affirms the revocation of Andrea Armour’s probation. Finds the Hendricks Circuit Court did not abuse its discretion.

Micah Danaher v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms Micah Danaher’s conviction of Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license. Finds that even if the Marion Superior Court erred in admitting the actual gun, the testimony of officers was sufficient to prove that Danaher carried the gun.

Juvenile CHINS. Affirms the determination that father W.F.’s child, W.J.F., is a child in need of services. Finds the Dearborn Circuit Court did not err.

Juvenile termination of parental rights. Affirms the termination of father S.W.’s parental rights to Ma.W. and Mo.W. Finds the Department of Child Services did not violate S.W.’s due process rights. Also finds the Putnam Circuit Court did not clearly err by termination S.W.’s parental rights.
