Mitch Daniels signing the remaining legislation pending before him. This week, the governor signed into law Senate Enrolled Act 224, SEA 399, and House Enrolled Act 1271.
SEA 224 deals with electronic dissemination of indecent material, and includes provisions on how registered sex-offenders can remove their names from the registry if they qualify.
