Lucy R. Dollens has been appointed a partner of Frost Brown Todd in Indianapolis. Ms. Dollens concentrates her practice in appellate and business litigation and handles all aspects of commercial litigation disputes. She is highly experienced in representing individuals and corporate clients facing a wide variety of legal issues on appeal in both the state and federal appellate courts. She also represents amicus curiae parties before Indiana’s appellate courts on significant issues affecting those parties and has written amicus briefs for the DTCI. Ms. Dollens was selected for inclusion in Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2010.
