The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana’s First Wednesday discussion series has returned. It kicks off March 2 with the panel discussion “Immigration: The Good, the Bad, and The Ugly.”

The panel will feature reporter Rafael Sanchez of WRTV 6 News; Tom Ruge, immigration attorney with Lewis & Kappes; and Sen. Mike Delph, R-Carmel, who authored Senate Bill 590 on immigration reform. Austin Considine, of NUVO Newsweekly, will act as moderator.

The discussion is from noon to 12:50 p.m. in the WFYI Community Room, 1630 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis. The event is free and open to the public.

The next event is scheduled for May and will be on the topic of education and charter schools.
