Suspension
Stephen A. Pugliese of Hendricks County was suspended from the practice of law in Indiana for 30 days with automatic reinstatement in a Supreme Court order filed Feb. 21, 2011. The court determined that Pugliese violated Indiana Professional Conduct Rule 1.8(j) which prohibits engaging in a sexual relationship with a client unless it began prior to the representation. The suspension will begin March 31.•
