IBA3 State Representative Ralph Foley, District 47, and State Representative Eric Koch, District 65, addressed questions from attendees at the fifth annual seminar, “The Importance of Lawyer-Legislators in the Indiana General Assembly”, hosted by the Senior Counsel Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
