Graeme Dinwoodie, director of the Oxford University Intellectual Property Research Centre, will lecture on “Global Marks in Local Markets: Territoriality in EU and U.S. Trademark Law,” at noon April 6 in the law school’s Moot Court Room.
Dinwoodie, named George P. Smith II Distinguished Visiting Professor-Chair, teaches and writes in all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on the international and comparative aspects of the discipline. He is the author of numerous books and articles, among them the casebook Trademarks and Unfair Competition: Law and Policy, now in its third edition.
The lecture is free and open to the public, and CLE credit has been applied for. Webcast and CLE information is available on the lecture’s website.
