Judges John G. Baker, Terry A. Crone, and Cale J. Bradford will visit the Honeywell Center’s Ford Theater for arguments in Jerry French v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Co., No. 18A02-1005-PL-489. Both parties appeal the denial of their respective motions for summary judgment. At issue is the amount of replacement costs State Farm was obligated to pay under Jerry French’s insurance policy after a fire at his home.
Arguments begin at 10 a.m. and are open to the public.
