The Indiana Supreme Court has decided not to accept transfer of a Marion County woman’s invasion of privacy case.

The justices released an order Monday in Tonya Peete v. State of Indiana, No. 49S05-1104-CR-201, vacating their April 7 order granting transfer to the case. The order says after further review, a majority of the court determined that transfer was improvidently granted. The Indiana Court of Appeals opinion has been reinstated.
