Leah Fink, of Corydon, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana – less than 30 grams, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of a hypodermic needle.
A jail official said Fink and Jeremy Ripperdan were arrested early Tuesday and that bond had not been determined for Fink. The Louisville Courier-Journal, however, reported that Fink has a full cash bond of $40,000. Harrison County Prosecutor Otto Schalk could not be reached for comment.
Fink, a general law practitioner, is a graduate of Indiana University and earned her law degree from the University of Louisville.
