Mitch Daniels announced Friday the appointment of Aaron Raff as chief administrative law judge for the State Employees’ Appeals Commission. He succeeds Judge William “Tim” Rider, who has accepted a position at the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board.
Raff, of Carmel, is currently a deputy attorney general in the AG’s civil litigation section. Previously, he was an associate at Krieg DeVault. He is a 2002 graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Raff is scheduled to begin his appointment Sept. 6.
