SUSPENSION TERMINATION
James D. Nafe Jr. of St. Joseph County has been reinstated to the practice of law in Indiana by a Supreme Court order filed Aug. 12, 2011. Nafe was suspended for failure to cooperate with the Disciplinary Commission concerning a grievance filed against him. On Aug. 9, the commission filed a Certificate of Compliance indicating Nafe’s cooperation with the investigation.•
