According to a notice published on the Indiana Courts’ website Thursday, courts and clerks using Odyssey, the statewide case management system that’s being implemented by the Judicial Technology and Automation Committee, have the option to implement the online payment system. A $4 transaction fee is added to the ticket amount, plus a two percent credit card processing fee. Drivers who want to purchase a copy of a ticket can do so for $2.04.
The Division of State Court Administration established the fee pursuant to the Sept. 13 Supreme Court order regarding bulk distribution and remote access to court records in the electronic form.
