Bradford A. Berenson, a partner at Sidley Austin, will give a talk entitled “The murky border: war powers, the presidency, and the Congress,” at noon at the Conrad Indianapolis, 50 W. Washington St., Indianapolis. Berenson was associate counsel to the president from January 2001 to January 2003. The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, Indianapolis Lawyers Chapter Division, is hosting the event.
