Members of each firm voted today in favor of joining the two firms, with the combined firm taking the name Bingham Greenebaum Doll. Bingham McHale has 130 attorneys and 11 paralegals, while Greenebaum Doll & McDonald has 117 attorneys and 20 paralegals. The new firm will retain its Indiana locations in Indianapolis, Jasper and Vincennes and will also have offices in Louisville, Lexington, and Frankfort, Ky., and Cincinnati, Ohio.
Bingham McHale's managing partner Toby McClamroch told Indiana Lawyer the merger has moved quickly and been in the works for about 10 weeks. It was specifically the transactional, tax and natural resources practices areas of Greenebaum that were the most appealing to Bingham.
