Bray has served in the Indiana Senate since 1992 where he has chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee and served as assistant chair of the Senate Majority Caucus. He previously served 18 years in the Indiana House of Representatives. Bray is a former Morgan County prosecutor and also practices law in Martinsville.
Foley joined the House in 1992. He chairs the House Judiciary Committee and is vice chair of the Rules and Legislative Procedure Committee. He’s been practicing law since 1965 as a partner in Foley Foley and Peden in Martinsville.
