The Indiana Judicial Center’s Domestic Relations Committee is seeking comment on proposed changes to the parenting time guidelines, which includes parenting coordination guidelines.

The parenting coordination portions of the rules and guidelines were developed by the IJC’s Domestic Relations and Alternative Dispute Resolution committees. Parenting coordinators are used to help resolve disputes between parents regarding children. Currently, there are no existing Indiana Supreme Court rules covering the area.

Other proposed changes include revisions for holiday, weekends and overnights. Comment must be received by March 26. Visit the court’s website  to submit comments online and to view the proposed changes.
