The 30-minute public interviews will take place in Room 319 of the Indiana Statehouse beginning at 12:30 p.m. The interview order is:
Patricia Caress McMath, Indianapolis – 12:30 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Marion Superior Judge Robert R. Altice Jr. – 1 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Abigail Lawlis Kuzma, Indianapolis – 1:30 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Madison Circuit Judge Rudolph R. Pyle III – 2:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Joel M. Schumm, Indianapolis – 2:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.
The Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission will hold deliberations in executive session at 3:30 p.m., with a public session to follow. The commission will select three candidates, and Gov. Mitch Daniels will appoint the person who will replace Judge Carr Darden. Darden retires in July.
