Young Lawyers Division (YLD) members rolled up their sleeves to help the environment at the division’s first-ever E-Cycling Drive held Friday, August 24. The Go Green Committee, a subcommittee of the YLD, hosted the drive in conjunction with the launch of its Green Legal Initiative, which encourages local firms and legal organizations to consider greener business practices.

Countless monitors, laptops, fax machines and other technological relics were dropped off for recycling by RecycleForce, a local not-for-profit organization that provides life-changing workforce training to formerly incarcerated individuals. The support of sponsors – Computer Experts, ExpressMR, ICC Business Products and WDD – allowed this event to be held free-of-charge as a service to the community.
