Have you ever had a question that you couldn’t answer, and didn’t feel comfortable asking a colleague at your firm or even a close friend? Perhaps you’re in a solo practice and aren’t quite sure where to turn … or maybe you just need a second opinion on a course of action.

The IndyBar Senior Counsel Division can help. Members of the division staff the bar’s Safe Ask program, which allows callers to confidentially seek guidance on an array of practice and substantive law matters. IndyBar attorney members can seek guidance and information from these members, who volunteer for the program in order to assist others in providing quality and ethical legal services to their clients.

All communications remain confidential to the extent there is not a violation of the Rule of Professional Conduct (see Rule 8.3 of the Rules of Professional Conduct).

To utilize the Safe Ask program, visit www.indybar.org and click “Safe Ask” under the Resources tab.•
