Rush to serve as the Indiana Supreme Court’s liaison representatives to the Court Improvement Program executive committee.
The CIP is a federally funded program through grants awarded to the high court with the purpose of improving the judicial system for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
David and Rush both came to the Supreme Court with a juvenile justice background.
Dickson also appointed Morgan Superior Judge Christopher L. Burnham to serve as a member of the CIP executive committee. Burnham is also chair of the Juvenile Justice Improvement Committee of the Judicial Conference of Indiana.
The appointments are effective immediately and until further notice of the court.
