Judge James Carr, right, takes the oath May 14 as the newest member of the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Carr took the oath from Chief Judge Richard Young, while Carr’s son, James Emerson Carr, center, also participated. Carr, a former Faegre Baker Daniels LLP partner, joined the court in January, filling the second of two vacancies. Former Marion Superior Judge Robyn Moberly joined the court just before Carr.
