The federal judicial system will conduct business as usual, even if Congress fails to reach a funding agreement before midnight tonight.
U.S. District Courts will continue to operate for at least two weeks in the event of a government shutdown, and the Northern and Southern districts in Indiana will see no change. The courts will be fully staffed, buildings will be open and security personnel will be working.
