The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals has launched an Indiana chapter with 17 attorneys and former judges as charter members.

The chapter’s website, www.INMediators.org, allows firms to find a suitable neutral by identifying practice criteria or dispute types. Some members have published their availability calendars online for the benefit of clients. The Indiana website also connects to the national group’s database, which is in use by attorneys in more than 20 states.

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is an association with a membership consisting of mediators and arbitrators who are distinguished by their hands-on experience in civil and commercial conflict resolution. Attorneys Samual Ardery of Bloomington, Michael Bishop of Indianapolis, and Joseph Simeri of South Bend have been appointed to the Indiana chapter’s executive committee.
