Awards and Honors Warrick & Boyn partner Gary Boyn is the first recipient of the Coeur de Cerf Award given by the city of Elkhart. He was recognized for his leadership and legal assistance regarding four development projects in the downtown district.
Hoeppner Wagner & Evans LLP attorney *Michael Tolbert received the 2014 Rabb Emison Organization Award at the Indiana State Bar Association’s annual meeting Oct. 8. The award was presented in recognition of his demonstration to a commitment to promote diversity and quality in the legal profession and in the membership of the state bar. Tolbert is currently president of the Lake County Bar Association.
*Kathleen G. Lucas, a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP in Indianapolis, received a Presidential Citation Award from the Indiana State Bar Association at its annual meeting Oct. 8. The award is given to ISBA members who have had exceptional accomplishments or shown commitment to the community during the past year. Lucas recently worked with ISBA on legislation to further ensure the integrity of the state’s administrative adjudication process.
