Because of a human error, the Indiana Supreme Court accidently sent an email intended for a small group of attorneys to thousands of attorneys through its notification system.

The email tells people that they have been unsubscribed from the topics of Attorneys, Judges and Mediators. Supreme Court public information officer Kathryn Dolan said staff checked the wrong box, causing the email to go to the larger group of attorneys. The email was sent through its GovDelivery notification system.

She said those who received the email have not been unsubscribed from those topics and no further action needs to be taken.
