*Cindy M. Reese has joined Blackwell Burke & Ramsey P.C. as a shareholder. She represents lenders and businesses in real estate and business transactions, commercial litigation and creditor’s rights.
*Adam Lutzke has joined the family law section of Banks & Brower LLC in Indianapolis.
*William N. Ivers, *Stephen J. Peters, *David I. Rubin and *Michael P. Shanahan have joined the Indianapolis office of Plunkett Cooney. Peters serves as the office’s managing partner and focuses his practice in litigation and appellate law. Ivers, senior attorney, and Shanahan, of counsel, serve as co-leaders of the firm’s auto dealer industry group. Senior attorney Rubin’s practice areas include insurance coverage, commercial litigation and automotive retail law.
*Tom F. Hirschauer III has joined Keffer Barnhart LLP as a partner. He previous worked in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. He will focus his practice on family law, forfeiture and select criminal law matters.
