Authorities have captured a Florida woman wanted on charges alleging she plotted to kill a suburban Indianapolis divorce attorney seeking money from her boyfriend.

Hamilton County Sheriff Mark Bowen announced Monday that 51-year-old Renee Perillo of Panama City was arrested in a small Montana town. He provided no other details of her capture.

Perillo appeared in court Tuesday in Hamilton, Montana, and was ordered held without bond.

Bowen says Perillo will face extradition to Indiana on charges including conspiracy to commit murder, theft and criminal trespass.

Her son, 21-year-old Richard Perillo of Laughlin, Nevada, faces identical charges after being captured June 11 near San Diego.

The two were free on $20,000 bonds after being arrested last month on lesser charges outside the Noblesville home of an attorney pursuing unpaid settlement money from Perillo's boyfriend.
