Disbarment
Bradley D. Hamilton, of Marion County, has been disbarred for abandoning his law practice and clients, stealing their money and fleeing to Australia.
Robert E. Stochel, of Lake County, has been disbarred for stealing trust account funds belonging to a former law partner and that partner’s clients, embezzling funds from a receivership and actively concealing that theft for nearly a decade.
Suspension
Brad J. Weber, of Adams County, has been suspended for failing to pay costs assessed in a disciplinary action. His suspension became effective June 25.
Beau J. White, of Grant County, has been suspended for failing to pay costs assessed in a disciplinary action. His suspension became effective June 26.
Charles B. Blackwelder, of Marion County, has received an interim suspension from the Indiana Supreme Court following his guilty plea in December to four Class B felony counts of securities fraud. His suspension took effect June 18.•
